Encryption Statistics

Encryption Statistics allows you to access detailed reports for your email encryption and Secure Message Center services. You can access your Gateway and Secure Message Center reports by selecting the Manage button for the service you want to access in the Encryption Statistics tab.

Note:

Reporting graphs will not display in mobile views.

After selecting a service, you can choose from three tabs for Encryption Statistics.

The Dashboard tab displays graphs of your configured reports. You can select a graph to access a more detailed view for the chosen report.

The Report tab displays a list of all available reports. You can select View to access the reporting history as well as Export the information as either a Detailed CSV file or a visual Summary Graph.

The Schedule tab allows you to create new reports by selecting the Schedule Report button and entering your parameters on the following screen. You can also Delete, Modify, and Process an already existing report found under the Scheduled Reports section.

You can return to the ZixCentral console at any time by selecting the Return to Console button.
