Account Management
The Account Info page located under the Your User Account section gives you access to multiple tabs that enable you to perform the variety of functions listed below. Any configuration instructions and information is listed on the respective page, and some tabs may be unavailable to you based on your account permissions.
The Preferences tab allows you to:

Change the Name and Timezone of your account. |

•
|
Enable and manage email accounts to automatically CC and BCC ticket notifications. |
|
•
|
Require end users to use Two-Factor Authentication. |
|
•
|
Allow end users to sign up for their own user accounts and enable first and last names for user accounts. |
|
•
|
Automatically delete Email Threat Protection mailbox list items when users or email addresses are deleted. |
|
•
|
Manage the default settings for the end user daily report. |
|
•
|
Manage the default end user landing page. |
The Contacts tab allows you to:

|
Add, delete, and manage details for your contact list. |
The Users tab allows you to:
|
•
|
Manage the user accounts for the ZixCentral console, including adding and importing, modifying details, group access, and changing account permissions. |

You can also access the User Management page through the User Management section under Client Account. |
The Domains tab allows you to:

View and edit the settings of your listed domains. |
The Email Addresses tab allows you to:
|

|
View and edit the email addresses of your user accounts. |
The Portal Admins tab allows you to:

|
Access individual Secure Message Center portals by selecting the Manage button for the service you want to access. |

The Credit Cards tab allows you to:

|
Add and manage the credit card information associated with your account. |
The User Groups tab allows you to:

•
|
Add User Groups, as well as view and modify existing User Groups. |
The Domains tab allows you to:

|
View and edit the settings of your listed domains. |
The Email Addresses tab allows you to:

|
View and edit the email addresses of your user accounts. |
The Credit Cards tab allows you to:

|
Add and manage the credit card information associated with your account. |
The Access Profiles tab allows you to:

|
Add Access Profiles, as well as view and modify existing Access Profile permissions for users and groups to access products and services through ZixCentral. |
The LDAP Authentication tab allows you to:

|
Manage your LDAP Authentication settings. |
The LDAP User Import tab allows you to:
|
•
|
Import existing LDAP groups into ZixCentral. |
There are also buttons at the bottom of the page that enable you to:

|
Manage Two Factor Authentication by choosing either Google Authenticator or Text Message (SMS). |
