Overview

The Overview page under the Client Account section allows you to access information for your client account. This page also enables you to generate a Support Code for use with Customer Support. The Overview page gives you access to multiple tabs that enable you to perform the variety of functions listed below. Any configuration instructions and information is listed on the respective page, and some tabs may be unavailable to you based on your account permissions.

The Manage tab allows you to:

Access the variety of administrative functions found under the Account Management section.

The Subscriptions tab allows you to:

•

View the details of your existing subscription plans.

•

Purchase new subscription packages with the Add/Edit Subscription button.

Note:

You can also access the Subscription page through the Subscriptions section under Client Account.

The Billing tab allows you to:

•

View your current billing plan under the Your Plan tab.

•

View your statements under the Statements tab.

•

View your payment history under the Payments tab.

•

View any account credits under the Credits tab.

•

Add and manage the credit card information associated with your account under the Credit Cards tab.

You can also access the billing pages through the Billing section under Client Account.
