Support
The Support page under the Client Account section enables you to perform a variety of functions for interacting with Customer Support. Any configuration instructions and information is listed on the respective page, and some options may be unavailable to you based on your account permissions.
| • | Selecting Contact Us lists the contact information for Customer Support. |
| • | Selecting Enter a Support Ticket starts the process for opening up a ticket with Customer Support. |
| • | Selecting Email Diagnostics enables you to run diagnostic tests on any of the domains listed on the diagnostic page. |
| • | Selecting Trace Missing Email enables you to run a search for messages based on criteria such as sender and receiver, IP address, and whether the message was inbound or outbound. |
