On the People list, the Person column displays the name of the device owner associated with the email address by which ZixOne identifies the account. A person who owns more than one ZixOne account can associate the same name with multiple accounts, as long as each account is based on a different email address.
Two or more people at an organization who have the same name can use the same name in ZixOne for unique accounts, as long as each account is based on a different email address. More information on adding accounts and devices is available here.
