Resetting a Device Passcode
Administrators can reset a ZixOne PIN for a mobile device. The mobile device owner response to an administrator-initiated reset is the same as when the mobile device owner enters an invalid PIN three times on the mobile device application while attempting to sign in to ZixOne.
After reset, the next attempt to open ZixOne on the reset mobile device results in a request for the mobile device owner's email password, and then an opportunity for the mobile device owner to enter and confirm a new PIN.
