Action Filters

On the Reports screen, you can create a report based on the following search criteria for Person Actions:

Sign In Failed
Sign In Succeeded
Message Viewed
Message Sent
Message Saved
Reply Sent
Forward Sent
Attachment Viewed
Calendar Viewed
Calendar Created
Calendar Responded
Passcode Changed
Contacts Synced
Task Viewed
Screen Captured

Additionally, Admin Actions have the follow search criteria for creating reports:

All Admin Activity
Admin Login
Admin Added
Device Suspended
Account Suspended

To filter a Report search by Action filters:

1. On the main menu, select Reports.

The Reports screen displays.

2. Select Options.

The Options area of the Reports screen displays.

3. In Action, select one or more options.
Note: Selecting additional options expands the search to results that satisfy any selected search criteria.
4. The Reports screen displays a report based on selected search criteria.
Note: After a brief delay, the Reports screen displays search results even if you do not select Apply.
