Registering without an invitation

If you do not receive an email invitation to register in the portal, you can also register by using the URL for the Secure Message Center.

1. Use the known URL to open the Sign In or Welcome page.
2. On the Sign In page, you see "For first time users, click here to create your account." Click the link to continue.
   The Registration page displays.
   Note: The red asterisks (*)indicate required fields.
3. Complete the Registration page as follows:

1. Enter your Email Address.
2. Enter a Password that complies with the Password Rules shown.
3. Re-enter your password.
4. Depending on the selections of the subscribing organization, more information may be required, such as a Password Reminder Phrase that can help you remember your password if you forget it.
5. Click Submit Password.

You will receive a confirmation email in your regular email Inbox with instructions on how to activate your password.
