Opening Files Attached to Messages

To open or save an attachment to a message, do one of the following:

• Double-click the file name or icon.
• Highlight the file name and click one of the following options:

to open the highlighted file.

to save the highlighted file.

to save all the attached files.

• If you are saving the attachments, the Save As dialog box displays.
  Browse to the location where you want to save the files, and click Save.

Notes:

If you do not have the appropriate program, you may not be able to open the attachment.

File size affects download speeds. When you open, save or attach large files, it can take several minutes.
