Requesting an Encrypted Copy of Message

To request that an encrypted copy of the message be sent to you, select the Send encrypted copy to me check box on the Sending ZixMail dialog box that appears after you click in ZixMail.

You will be sent an encrypted copy of the message for your records.

The copy has a certified time-stamp attached to it.

Possible uses of this feature:

• Copyright or patent information that requires irrefutable date/content validation.
• Simulation of a "Sent Folder" for your outgoing ZixMail messages.
