the message recipients.
Attaching Files to Messages
Adding Attachments to a Message
In ZixMail® for Outlook 2010, you attach files as usual. Files are compressed
before they are encrypted and sent.
Requesting a Receipt
The Request a Receipt option sends you an email message indicating the date and
time that each recipient receives or opens your sent message.
- Selecting this option on the Options > Message
Encryption screen sends you a receipt for every ZixMail message
and every recipient.
- Selecting this option on the Send ZixMail screen sends you a receipt for each recipient of that message only.
Note: If you select the Request a Read Receipt check box in Outlook, then send your message using the
button, you will receive a ZixMail message containing your read receipt, instead of an Outlook read receipt message.
