Your ZixSignature is ready to use for ZixMail or any other Zix-enabled application.

Your ZixSignature for this email address was not activated because on the confirmation email, you chose Decline.

After you delete your ZixSignature from the ZixDirectory, it may still reside on your PC. This can occur if you import a deleted Signature to read old ZixMail messages.

After you create or edit a ZixSignature, but before you confirm it, this status is shown.

When you finish the confirmation process and click Update Status in ZixSignature Manager, the status changes to Active.

After you edit a ZixSignature on one PC, but before you export the change to other PCs that use this email address, this status code is shown.

After your subscription expires or the trial period ends, your status is Suspended until you renew or subscribe.

If you create a ZixSignature but do not confirm it within 24 hours, the status is Unconfirmed.
