Policy Management

ZixCentral uses policies to determine what actions to take. Administrators can manage these policies from the Policy Management screen.

To create a new policy, choose a policy name and select the actions you want the policy to perform. Policies can apply to all domains, specific domains, or specific users. Select Save to apply your policy.

To modify a policy, select Edit for the policy you want to modify. When you are done, select Save to apply your changes.

To suspend an active policy and prevent it from triggering, select Disable. After a policy is disabled, it can either be reactivated with Enable or deleted with Delete.

To create a new policy set, select Add Policy Set.

To create a new policy, select Add Policy.

Additional configuration instructions and information is listed on the respective screen, and some tabs may be unavailable based on your account permissions.
