Each message is associated with the password that was current at the time the message was sent to you. If you change the password and then forget the old password, you can change the password for the message to the current password.
Note: If you have forgotten the password, see Change Your Password for an Organization before trying to recover the message.
To recover a message
On the Sign-In page, click Recover this Message.
The message is resent to you. The browser changes to a success message.
In your inbox, double click on the SecureMessage.html attachment when you receive the resent message.
The Sign In page displays in your local browser.
Enter the current password for this organization in the Password field.
Click View Secure Message.
The message displays.
