Setting Encryption Policies
To set encryption policies:
- On the Status
tab, select a cluster.
- Select Manage Policies > Encryption.
- Create a new policy in the Configure an Encryption Policy area.
- Enter a description
policy name in the Label field.
- Click the From field to expand it and enter the address of the sender.

- Click the To field to expand it and enter the address of the recipients.

- Create or select any
glossary entries you want to associate with the policy by clicking the
button.

- Enter one or more attachment File Types, or extensions, for which you want this policy to apply.
- Select the Send Options that will be affected by this policy.
- Select the methods
that will be used to send this message in the Delivery Method row.
- Select Yes or No in the Request Receipt drop-down.
If you select Yes,
the receiving ZixGateway or ZixCorp client sends a Return Receipt to the
sender of a ZixGateway message.
- Click Apply.
The policy appears in the Encryption
Policies for Cluster list.
