Forwarding Messages

You can forward a ZixMail message that you receive. Forwarded messages are encrypted individually for each recipient.

To forward a message:

1. Open the message and click .
2. Enter the intended recipients in the to and cc fields.
3. Compose any comments in the Private Area and add any attachments.
4. Click .
5. Type your Password and click .

A progress box shows ZixMail checking signature validity for you and the message recipients.
